Using NetWorthy

NetWorthy is a personal tool for manually tracking assets, liabilities, and net worth. Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. Only enter data you are entitled to use. You remain responsible for your records and financial decisions. NetWorthy does not connect to your bank or verify account balances.

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the service only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

Financial information

Charts, estimates, goals, and projections are informational. They depend on your inputs and assumptions and are not financial, investment, accounting, or tax advice. Projections do not guarantee future returns. Seek qualified advice when you need it.

Free and Pro access

Free supports five stored accounts, including archived accounts. Pro adds the features shown on our pricing page. Pro is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription. Existing eligible users receive early-supporter Pro free of charge. A future price change does not require those users or existing Pro purchasers to pay again for their current access.

Access belongs to your account. Deleting the account removes its access; creating a new account does not restore a previous purchase. Contact support before deleting an account if you need help with a purchase.

Your content and our software

You retain your rights in the data you enter. You allow us and our service providers to process that data to operate, secure, and support NetWorthy as described in our Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your data. The NetWorthy software, branding, and website content remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

Do not access other people’s accounts without permission, evade access controls or plan limits, distribute malicious software, disrupt the service, or use NetWorthy unlawfully. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or investigate a breach of these terms. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support.

Availability and changes

We work to keep NetWorthy available and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own backups using CSV export. Features may evolve, and Pro access lasts while the hosted service operates. If we discontinue the service, we will give advance notice where practicable and an opportunity to export your data.

We may update these terms and will publish the revised date here. For material changes, we will provide notice through the service or your account email. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Governing law and contact

Singapore law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections and rights that apply where you live. For service questions, concerns, or disputes, contact networthy.support@gmail.com.
